 The Castle Apartments are a Tucson landmark and are within walking distance of the University of Arizona, Downtown, and the historic 4th Avenue District. The Castle is secure, with gated entry and building lockdown. We also have units that are VACATION RENTALS for seasonal visitors.

| The private parking lot and locked, gated entry are well-lighted. An intercom system from the parking lot gate to each tenant's apartment works through the phone lines and cell phones. The entry to the lobby is also locked.
The beautiful grounds have a black pebble-tech pool, barbeque and ramada area. The lobby is uniquely furnished with heavy benches, suit of armor and other "castlelike" decor. All 32 apartments (studios to 1 bedroom) have saltillo tile floors, heavy rustic beamwork, llfoot ceilings,window coverings, frost-free refrigerators, gas stoves, radiator heating, ceiling fans,and air conditioning. Most have walk-in closets. A few apartments have patios, and some have garden space. There are a coin-operated laundry and Coke machine in the building. There are plenty of bike racks available. ALL RENTS INCLUDE ALL UTILITIES: gas, electric, water, garbage. Telephone, cable and Internet services are paid for by the tenant. High-speed Internet, cable and phone services are ready for hookup in each apartment.
