The safety and comfort of our tenants is our top priority. An on-site manager is available to accommodate the needs of our residents, and is on call 24 hours a day to handle emergencies. Off-street parking is provided for our tenants in our private parking lot. The entrance to the apartment community is gated, and the grounds of the complex are always well lit.

Utilities are free at The Castle Apartments! Telephone, cable, and internet services are available to tenants for a fee. All of our apartments have air conditioning, a refrigerator, a stove, and a ceiling fan. The apartment building is an historic Tucson landmark; it has 11 foot ceilings, and is uniquely decorated with saltillo tile floors and beautiful rustic beamwork. Many of our apartments have walk in closets, and some of our apartments also include patios and garden space.

Other amenities include a pool, a picnic area with a barbecue and an on site laundry facility.

We offer reasonably priced year long leases for our apartments. Six month leases can be negotiated with a higher monthly rent payment. Looking for something short term? We also offer a fully furnished vacation rental that can be booked daily, weekly or monthly.
