PaperworkLeases are different for specific properties. If you are uncertain please call.Application requirements: We require a $400 deposit with a $25 application fee (per person) when the paperwork is filled out (this is for the Castle, other properties have different deposits). The first month's rent is due when the tenant moves in. Tenants who are not self-supporting must have parents, guardian or financial backer fill out a Guarantee of Payment. Applications are throughly processed.
For the Castle: we try to be proactive in my maintenance and plan maintenance checks a few times a year. Forty-eight hours' notice is posted for the tenants. |
